Born where and when: June 21, I enjoyed growing up with one brother, Jeff in Dallastown, PA - York County
Family Facts: Married to Walt, blessed with 4 wonderful children, Jennifer, Andrew, Luke & Paul
Education: B.S. and M.Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Penn State University
How I became a Christian: Sitting around the campfire at a christian summer camp when I was 12 years old, the pastor's talk made sense and I accepted the truth.
How I ended up at First Church: After the 1st visit, I knew I wanted to be involved in this downtown church.
The most important thing I do around here: Encourage people to take hold and rely on God's promises of His peace, His comfort and His strenght.
Favorites
Movie: "Sound of Music", my first theatre experience.
Food: A peppermint Latte and scone at Starbucks.
Vacation: Mountains: Wherever I can enjoy nature and wildlife.
Place to eat in Lancaster: At my friend Heather Donovan's home; she is a true friend and a great cook!
Best book I've read recently: Learning to Fall by Philip Simmons
My vision for First Church: attract more people from the Lancaster City neighborhood.
