CHRISTIAN EDUCATION SUNDAY

On behalf of the Spiritual Growth Team I would like to say, “Thank You!” to all those who
helped make this year’s Christian Education Sunday a wonderful success. To our
“families” who participated in the game show “Deal of a Lifetime,” well done!
You answered the questions magnificently and your knowledge and love for the
Bible was evident to everyone involved. With the help of your “extended Church
family” the game show was lively, fun and always exciting. Also, thank you to
everyone who donated briefcases and to our amazing briefcase holders who made
the morning feel like the real game show. A very special “THANK YOU!” to Becca
Betty, Michelle Blazic, Clayton, Michelle and Brian Dombach, Mark Jones, Marge and Jeremy Kuhn, Mandy Lynam, Evelyn Pontz, Debbie Richer, Susan Seavey, Katherine
Spear, Kathy Steed, Wanda Whare, Tessa Wissler and others who through your hard work and dedication
made “Deal of a Lifetime” a wonderful celebration for our 2009-2010 Christian
Education year. I am personally grateful, encouraged and overjoyed by the
amazingly talented and creative people God has given us here at First Church.
“Thank You” again and don’t forget, through Jesus we have all been given the
“Deal of an Abundant Lifetime.”
