Kerry, along with his wife Michell, was appointed to First United Methodist Church in July 2005. A graduate of Messiah College and Evangelical Theological Seminary, where he earned a MAR Counseling and MDiv dual degree, Kerry has a passion for being present with people, listening before speaking, and being an encourager of others, so that he can lead and equip others to serve using their gifts and abilities. Eddie Cameron, Minister of Spiritual Growth Email Eddie
Eddie joined the staff of First Church in June, 2009 after completing his Masters of Biblical Studies degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC. Raised in North Carolina, Eddie enjoys teaching others from and about God's word and sharing God's love to the world around him in Lancaster City. His primary role at First Church is to oversee the adult Christian Educational opportunities available each Sunday, as well as create new and creative ways to encourage spiritual renewal in our members. Michelle Blazic, Director of Children's Ministry Email Michelle Michelle and her husband Kirk have been members of First Church for more than 15 years. As Children's Ministry Director, Michelle provides loving and nurturing children's programs for kids up to 6th grade. She directs all of our children's Sunday School classes, VBS, Upward Basketball, 56er's, Lenten Study and many more fellowship events throughout the year for our children. Kate joined the staff
in August 2011 after earning her BA in Early Childhood Education from Messiah
College. While in college she had a disciplinary focus in Youth Ministry and
was a Young Life leader at Carlisle High School. She has been a part of the
First Church family since birth. Growing up she was very involved in and passionate
about a variety of the churches ministries. Kate’s primary role is to oversee InsideOut’s
Student Ministries and creating an open, caring, and engaging Christian environment
for youth in 7th through 12th grade. She is also co-leads Young

Diane has been the Minister of Administration since October 2003 and has played a huge role in First Church's Capital Campaigns. An active member of Living Waters Church here in Lancaster, Diane desires to see First Church become an inviting & welcoming congregation where everyone knows their PLACE for ministry and is volunteering in some capacity or other. Katherine Spear, Inviting and Welcoming Volunteer Staff Email Katherine Katherine, and her husband John, have been members of First Church for 40 years. Katherine earned her Masters of Arts from Lancaster Bible College and served as Minister of Spiritual Growth for 23 years here at First Church.
