We will commence a sermon series on the Seven Churches of Revelation Beginning January 12th. In the opening chapters of the last book of the Bible, the Risen Christ spoke directly to seven prominent congregations of the late first century. The word of the Lord which came to those churches can still speak to our own today. Here is the outline:
METHODIST THEOLOGICAL CHOIR OF KOREA CONCERT

"Proclaiming True Joy to the World"
The year 2025 commemorates the 140th anniversary of Henry and Ella Appenzeller’s arrival in Korea, prompting a series of special celebrations. The Appenzellers, esteemed members of First Church, are regarded as the pioneers and founders of Korean Methodism.
The first event is a concert, to be held here in our sanctuary on Tuesday evening, January 14, by the Choir of the Methodist Theological University (MTU), of Seoul, South Korea. MTU was an outgrowth of the Pai Chai Hakdang School, which Henry Appenzeller founded.
